2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted partners like Shiprocket.

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or other external factors are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and personal use nature of perfumes, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds or replacements must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or unboxing videos).

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
