Shipping and Delivery

At Blend Theory, we’re committed to getting your fragrances to you safely, quickly, and transparently. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your orders.

📦 Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics partners like Shiprocket to ensure timely and secure delivery across India. Tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

🌍 Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most pincodes across India.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you’ll be notified during checkout.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (via Razorpay): ₹0 – ₹49 depending on cart value

  • COD Orders: ₹60 extra (COD is available on select pincodes only)

Final shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime via the “Track Order” page on our website.

📦 Packaging

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. In case of tampered or damaged packaging, please record a video while unboxing and contact us within 48 hours.

❗ Delays & Non-Delivery

While we try our best, some things are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues or strikes

  • Remote delivery zones

  • Incorrect address or contact information

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information, we may charge for re-shipping.
