At Blend Theory, each product is carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped with precision. But we understand—sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
**1. Can I return or exchange a product?
Unfortunately, no—unless there's a genuine issue.**
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrances unless:

The product was damaged in transit

You received the wrong item

There is a manufacturing defect
We hope you understand that used, opened, or “not my vibe” perfumes are non-returnable.
2. What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
No stress—just do this within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging

Our team will respond within 2 business days to arrange a replacement or refund
3. How long does the refund take?
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Your bank may take a little longer to reflect the amount.
4. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
5. Refunds are NOT applicable in these cases:
